Want to try Pilates but nervous about coming to a class?
Or just wondering what Pilates is?
Know you should be strengthening your core but not really sure what that means?
Come along to my "Introduction to Pilates" on Wednesday 7th January. It will be a relaxed, supportive introduction designed especially for people in their 50s, 60s and beyond who want to move well, feel better, and invest in their long-term health.No experience needed. No pressure. Just clear guidance, gentle movement, and time to learn the foundations properly. Book your spot here
I will explain the key principles and fundamentals of Pilates in an approachable and accessible way and we will work through some beginner level exercises.
It will be a small session (max 10) so very interactive with plenty of time for all those questions you don't feel you can ask in a class!
You'll leave confident and ready to get the most from your first Pilates class.

During the session, we’ll cover:

The fundamentals of Pilates - the breathing, core engagement and alignment

Simple Pilates exercises you can feel confident doing

How exercises can be modified/adapted for your body so you feel confident in a class setting

How we teach the classes, layering up the exercises so you can always work at the right level for you
