Pilates helps you build strength, improve posture, flexibility and mobility, while giving you an hour to focus on yourself. Our small, friendly classes offer different levels of exercises, so you can work at the level that's right for your body
Prices
1hr classes are £14 a class when you sign up to a block of classes. A block is usually 6 or 7 weeks (and the blocks run in sync with school term dates). If you book a block and miss 1 session I will try and fit you in to another class within the same block so you can make up the missed class. Please note this is offered as a courtesy and is subject to a space being available.
Pay-as-you-classes are available and are £17 a class (please book all classes online).

Meet Mel
"I qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2014, finally taking the leap to turn my passion for movement into a career. Since then, I've specialised in Pilates and in 2025, I achieved a Biomechanics diploma, deepening my understanding of how the body works as an intrinsically integrated system. This enables me to look beyond what I see, to identify muscle adaptations that may have developed through injury or lifestyle, and help to improve movement patterns to create lasting change.
While I'm passionate about my work I also believe exercise should be enjoyable. My classes are informative and I encourage understanding of technique and how to best apply it you own body. I always invite you to be yourself, because when movement is both fun and understood, it becomes something you look forward to, making progress more readily achievable."
