Since your osteoporosis diagnosis, do you find yourself:

  • Feeling cautious about falls or slips, or uneven, wet or icy ground, even on walks you used to enjoy

  • Wondering which exercises help your bones, and which you should avoid

  • Questioning whether certain movements are safe for your spine

  • Wanting to do the right thing for your bones, but unsure how or where to start

  • Feeling fearful at every twinge, thinking "is that my spine?"

This isn't about wrapping yourself in cotton wool. It's about understanding your bones, building strength and moving with confidence again.

Imagine instead…

  • Feeling empowered rather than fearful, and optimistic about your future health

  • Walking your dog on icy or uneven ground, knowing you have the strength and balance to support you

  • Knowing you're doing the right exercises, safely, with an expert to guide you

  • Lifting, carrying and getting up and down from the floor to play with your grandchildren with confidence

  • Investing in strong bones and an independent, active future

"I feel I have taken control of my bone health and far more confident when exercising."

Meet the teacher

Jane Oct26 - Hester Barnes Photography (41 of 102).jpg

Hi, I'm Jane Lefever

With a background in Pilates and years of experience working with women over 50, I know how overwhelming it can feel to start exercising after an osteoporosis diagnosis, and how hard it is to find support and information you can trust. I hold a Level 3 Bone Health qualification and I'm a Body Control Pilates teacher, so safety and good form come first, always.

This course takes the guesswork out of it. I'll show you how to get started, which exercises to do and how to do them safely, and I'll support you every step of the way as you build strength, balance and confidence.

I love helping women feel in control of their bone health and lead confident, active lives.

"Well done Jane, it was a very supportive, informative course." Jane B
