What Pilates can do for you

Our classes are designed to help you build strength and flexibility so you can move better and feel better, not just look different.
Small, friendly and calm, they give you time and space to focus on how your body feels and moves.
-
Strengthen your core to support your back and improve your posture
-
Ease back ache and tight hips so you feel more comfortable in your body
-
Improve mobility in your spine, hips and joints
-
Release tension and reset, leaving you refreshed and revitalised
Over time, you'll notice everyday activities feel easier, whether it's sitting for longer without stiffness, waking up without that tight back, or standing for longer, pain free.
You'll move more freely, feel stronger and stand taller.
