Want to try Pilates but nervous about coming to a class?
Or just wondering what Pilates is?
Know you should be strengthening your core but not really sure what that means?
Come along to my "Introduction to Pilates" on Saturday 9th June.
I will explain the key principles and fundamentals of Pilates in an approachable and accessible way and we will work through some beginner level exercises.
It will be a small session (max 8) so very interactive with plenty of time for all those questions you don't feel you can ask in a class!
You'll leave confident and ready to get the most from your first Pilates class.

I provide mats and small equipment so you don't need to bring anything with you.
